LTL Contracting Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. As a Labourer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain experience in the construction industry and work in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites by clearing obstacles, assembling materials, and organizing equipment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and other construction equipment.
- Clean and prepare sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and waste.
- Perform manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors, including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and heavy equipment operators as required.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with site safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

Pay: From $25.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
