**About Us**

Trinity RMT is a fast-paced but friendly and supportive clinic environment. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care to our clients and keeping our operations running smoothly — and we’re looking for an organized, adaptable Office Administrator to join our team.

**Position Details**

This is an in-office, part-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including some Saturday availability. We’re looking for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a client-facing role, and is comfortable juggling administrative and operational duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and interact with clients in a warm and professional manner
- Book and manage client appointments
- Directly bill claims to insurance companies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including laundry duties
- Support day-to-day clinic operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a similar role is an asset (but training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bonus skills: Marketing experience, payroll or accounting knowledge

**Schedule & Pay**
- Part-time, flexible schedule
- Some Saturday shifts required
- $17.20/hour starting rate — negotiable depending on skillset and ability to take on extra responsibilities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
