**Position title**: Customer Service Representative

**Position**: Contract 6 months / Hybrid

**REPONSABILITIES**:

- Reconciliation of consignment inventory located at hospitals & clinics, and proceeds with necessary follow ups with the sales representatives and customers.
- Process credits, issue invoices and authorize returns
- Coordinate deliveries with the distribution center, track and research packages.
- Work with the sales representatives for quotations on samples of equipment and products
- Daily follow ups on all open lines and open order report.
- Effective use of technology and software to respond to customers quickly and accurately
- Build and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, sales)
- Report adverse events and special safety situations immediately after their reception to the pharmacovigilance department as per current SOPs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Undergraduate Degree required
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in the medical device industry and eye surgery is an asset
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Familiar with PeopleSoft, SFDC and EDI systems an asset
- Self-motivated and has the ability to project a positive attitude even under pressure
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of service, in a positive way
- Attentive to details and rigorous
