As the Customer Service Team within Loewen, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, striving to get better every day. We are committed to going above and beyond to ensure that our customers are happy with their Loewen products and can enjoy them for years to come.

We are seeking a **Customer Service Advisor** to join our Customer Service Team. Working directly with internal and external customers the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for supporting Loewen dealers and homeowners while supporting the goals established by the Customer Service Team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers throughout North America and abroad
- Support dealers, contractors & homeowners with professional after sales service in a premium market setting
- Resolve customer issues
- Assist in the identification of parts/procedures necessary to resolve customer issues
- Review, negotiate and approve/deny warranty claims
- Process and escalate warranty claims and credit requests based on customer needs
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers

- Positive work experience in current position at Loewen
- Customer service-oriented experience
- Excellent customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment
- Incredibly personable, with extraordinary customer service skills
- Proven ability to problem solve
- Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
