Restaurant Manager

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store
- Working closely with the Shift Leaders to ensure they are motivated and maintaining standards
- Hiring and training of staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service is top priority and quality standards are met
- Writing weekly schedules
- Counting and inputting monthly inventory
- Keeping food and labour costs within established margins
- Reviewing and analyzing financial reports to identify areas of opportunity

- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation
- Work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Good computer skills required
- Minimum of 1 year Restaurant Management experience or 2 years of Restaurant Supervisor experience required

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
