**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designs, develops and implements methods of testing and troubleshooting systems;
- Prepares and maintains testing documentation;
- Review product documentation and provide feedback;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of automated testing;
- Contributes to the investigation and recommendation of software productivity and testing tools for use within Quality Assurance;
- Provides assistance to customer service and manufacturing department when needed (e.g software upgrade, troubleshooting or characterization of field problems).
- Maintains lab equipment

**Duties / Deliverables**:

- Test plans;
- Test Results and/or test reports
- Software release delivery for customer deployment

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- A college diploma in computer electronics or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and cross functional teams
- Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to changes

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Conçoit, développe et met en œuvre des méthodes de mise à l'essai et de dépannage des systèmes ;
- Préparer et tenir à jour la documentation sur les tests ;
- Examiner la documentation du produit et fournir des commentaires ;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de tests automatisés ;
- Contribue à l'étude et à la recommandation d'outils de productivité et de mise à l'essai de logiciels à utiliser dans le cadre de l'assurance de la qualité ;
- Fournit de l'aide au service à la clientèle et au service de fabrication en cas de besoin (par exemple, mise à niveau du logiciel, dépannage ou caractérisation des problèmes sur le terrain).
- Entretient l'équipement de laboratoire

**Fonctions / Livrables**:

- Plans d'essai ;
- Résultats des tests et/ou rapports d'essai
- Livraison de versions logicielles pour le déploiement client

**Compétences/qualifications**:

- Un diplôme d'études collégiales en électronique informatique ou l'équivalent
- Un minimum de 1 an d'expérience de travail pertinente
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe et des équipes interfonctionnelles
- Capacité d'apprendre rapidement et de s'adapter aux changements
