**Location**:Oakville, ON
**Overview**:
The **Fleet Coordinator **is responsible for providing support for the management of company fleet by performing accident reporting and documentation, vehicle maintenance and telematics, driver and fuel management, and other duties as assigned.
**What will you do as a Fleet / Equipment Coordinator?**
- Partake in monthly, quarterly meetings and/or audits related to fleet at the operational level
- Manage/maintain/report ongoing fleet metrics & KPIs, such as, fleet inventory, maintenance, fuel & fuel card inventory, driver information, accident reporting, etc. - reporting to manager as needed.
- Manage/maintain/report on new leases and disposed assets
- Manage/maintain/report on GPS inventory & accuracy, and related metrics such as utilization, life cycle mgmt., etc.
- Maintain accountability, ensure contract parameters are followed both internally and externally by vendors.
- Manage/maintain/report on commercial fleet and ensure compliance, such as ELD, HOS, etc
- Manage/maintain/report on the Taxable Benefit Program and Motor Vehicle Record Program
- Order when necessary, toll devices, maintain an accurate internal inventory to vendor billing ratio
- Provide information in support of other internal stakeholders, such as accounting
- Work to improve fleet administration standards and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate & ensure ministry of transportation compliance and documentation is accurate and up to date
- Coordination and administration of rentals as needed.
- Make recommendations for cost savings and areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned by Fleet Manager
**Do you have the Spark? Here's what we're looking for**:
- 3 or more years' relevant experience in a Fleet or Supply Chain Coordinator role
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar
- Strong computer sills which include Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. Proficient with NetSuite is preferred. Other ERP experience is an asset.
- Experience in construction or electrical service/distribution is an asset
- Proficient written and oral English communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- A firm commitment to corporate health and safety practices and policies is essential. A demonstrated ability to comply with any provincial or national regulations and policies is required.
- Highly organized with demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet defined deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- A valid provincial drivers license and suitable driving record for commercial insurance purposes is required
- Ability to adhere to Spark Power's Covid 19 vaccination policy is required
- This is an on-site position
