**Payroll Administrator**
**Your Role**:
- Process Full Cycle US and Canada payroll end to end - weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly
- Handle new hires with the onboarding process, resignations, and terminations in the payroll systems
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission & validate confirmed reports to ensure all transactions are processed accurately & timely
- Monitor internal payroll Inbox to answer all payroll-related questions timely.
- Provide timely and courteous customer service to all employees, and partner with People & Talent as needed regarding payroll and benefits-related issues and questions.
- Execute e-Time time and attendance processing that interfaces with ADP WFN ( Workforce Now).
- Responsible for employment verifications and process and input garnishment orders timely & accurately using ADP; File & remit answers to garnishments, writs & levy orders served to the company
- Create ad hoc reports & prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll & finance reports for distribution to multiple departments.
- Run System Security Reports to ensure appropriate user access; Manage users & security access profiles within systems.
- Handle additional payroll & benefits requests as needed
- Prepare and post all payroll journal entries - regular, accrual adjusting and year end in Sage 300. Assist with quarterly and year end payroll Audit.
- Collect and process contractor invoices on monthly basis and prepare detailed monthly payment report for treasury to process payment by the 25th of each month.
- File Federal EEO reports, California pay data reports annually
- Responsible for Federal/State agency inquiries
- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans funding and funding for HSA account.
- Responsible for PTO management and collaboration with HR and departmental managers and annual Holiday Calendars maintenance.
- Assist with annual 401K audit; insurance benefit annual audit and annual testing
- Manage benefit invoices reconciliation, department coding, payment and posting entries into Sage 300.
**Your Background**:
- A min. of 3-5 years of payroll experience is required
- Deep and current knowledge of Payroll Legislation in the US
- Solid analytical skills and process mindset, including the proven ability to drive process improvements
- Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements into an ongoing operational framework
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but will accept an associate degree, in Accounting.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and 10 key.
- Must also possess excellent communication skills and work well with others.
