Our company is growing fast and we need another GC to help ensure all sites are progressing smoothly. We are a positive, goal oriented company with a big vision.
We are hiring a General Contractor to oversee new construction projects, including exterior and interior construction, site preparation and landscaping. The General Contractor will also assist with the development of estimates for future projects and ensure that their area of expertise is efficiently completed. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of residential construction and renovation projects. We require someone with the skills and knowledge to ensure that all of our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure the timely completion of all work.
Review and approve all work completed on-site to ensure that it meets the necessary standards.
**Requirements**:
Experience as a general contractor, with a strong background in residential renovations.
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of the construction process, including building codes, permits, and regulations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage a team of subcontractors and tradespeople effectively.
A track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
