**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform specialised trade tasks such as framing, trim, concrete, painting, flooring, demo etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Collaborate with other tradesmen, contractors, and site managers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate of qualification in general carpentry
- Proven experience as a carpenter in construction.
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
