Home Care Specialist

**Job Overview**
Noval Bloom Inc. is currently hiring independent contractors to support our Home Care team. We are seeking experienced, and detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in creating calm, and organized environments. You’ll work in private homes, providing general and deep cleaning services tailored to each client's needs. This role requires effective time management skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Home Care specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Laundry folding, organizing, or light pet area cleanup as requested, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Organize rooms and belongings to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the space.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. May use client-provided supplies or company-provided supplies (you’ll know in advance)
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain respect, discretion, and care in each home

**What You’ll Need**:

- 6+ months of experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Professional and respectful presence with a warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded personality
- Effective time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Smartphone with data
- Comfortable working in client homes and respecting boundaries
- Flexibility in scheduling
- A reliable mode of transportation
- Willingness to wear neutral/dark solid-coloured clothing and follow scent-free policies
- Must be 18+ with a valid ID
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or willing to obtain one)
- Must complete the Noval Bloom Home Care Onboarding & Training before service

**Contract Type**: Independent Contractor
