**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**: As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing new and existing partner relationships with leading software vendors and referral sources in the payment space. You will work with our sales, marketing, product, and technology teams to create and execute partner strategies, programs, and campaigns that drive revenue, VAS, and customer acquisition. **Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model. **Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Director, Partner Development **Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**: - Hunt and prospect, qualify, and onboard new partner opportunities with ISVs, referral sources and solution providers within multiple CDN industries. - Develop and implement vertical-focused partner business plans, value propositions, and "go to market" initiatives - Coordinate partner onboarding, training, enablement, and support - Prospect, develop and maintain an active partnership pipeline. - Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and prospective revenue using CRM and other tools - Translate research into actionable insights to inform decision-making. - Communicate recommendations to a variety of audiences, influencing across internal and external stakeholders. - Develop new business relationships and lead complex negotiations together with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Product and Marketing) - Maximize revenue growth from new / assigned prospect partner relationships by ensuring that the partner/solution is well represented, understood throughout cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Product and Technology. - Drive Business Development activities, act as SME and primary point of contact for prospective partner relationships, business partner related inquiries, and projects. - Develop an understanding of the ISV landscape, including trends, players and customer experience. - Participate in current and ongoing education and networking within the payment, FinTech and related industries in Canada. **Your Moneris Career - What you bring**: - Demonstrated ability to hunt, solicit, WIN, and close deals with ISVs and referral partners - 5+ Years of experience in Partner Development, channel sales, or business development (experience in the payment, or software solutions industry) - Business development, sales, and relationship management experience - Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications, CRM's (Salesforce) - Understand, and articulate nuances around - software solutions, integration processes, certifications. - Navigate the complexity of organizations and work with others to progressively improve Partner Development and like initiatives **Nice-to-have...**: - 3-5 years previous experience in the payment industry knowledge **Your Moneris Career - What you get**: - Comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses, flexible benefits starting from day 1, and your choice of either a health spending account (HSA) or personal spending account (PSA) - RRSP matching & defined contribution pension plan - Learning & development programs and resources including unlimited free access to LinkedIn Learning, Coursera and an Educational Assistance Program - Holistic approach to your well-being, with an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family, access to 24/7 virtual health care, wellness events and a supportive workplace culture - A workplace committed to investing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) through various initiatives including, employee inclusion groups (EIGs), mentorship, DEI learning and workshops, educational events, and various resources including an internal DEI website and newsletter - Company-wide paid year-end closure & personal time off (including religious, personal, and volunteer days) LI-Hybrid
