Tiankongzhijing Trading Inc., a fast-growing retail and international trade business, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our sales strategy and execution. This position is critical to expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in our diverse product categories.

**Location**: 235 Hood Road Unit 2, Markham, Ontario L3R 4N3
**Salary**: $43.30/hour (Full-time, Permanent - 35 hours per week)
**Language of Work**: English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the sales department to meet performance targets and maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to Canadian and Chinese markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities; recommend improvements to product offerings and sales tactics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors to enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure timely product availability and stock control.
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; present findings to senior management and advise on sales-related improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales operations.

**Qualifications**:

- A college diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in retail or wholesale sales on Chinese market.
- Strong understanding of sales processes in multicultural markets, especially within Canada and China.
- Experience selling health products and food.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mandarin is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with ERP systems is an asset.

Pay: $43.30 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
