**Summary**
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual looking to join our team. This individual should have excellent verbal and written English language skills, be detail-oriented, analytical, have good communication skills, be team-oriented, have a willingness to learn and have excellent computer skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a liaison between Trans Power field resources, subcontractors, and clients when required.
- Ensure tailboard meetings are conducted daily.
- Ensure that all workers are wearing appropriate PPE as per Trans Power and client standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and machinery.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all visitors as well as safety incidents, including near-misses and accidents.
- Take pictures and videos of the worksite as necessary.
- Perform record keeping, status of project and ongoing activities.
- Other related duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing processes is an asset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
