**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are currently hiring both part-time and full-time Servers for our Flaming Kitchen location, near College Station in Downtown Toronto.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

At the start, workers are expected to deliver meals and assist customers. Later, their responsibilities will expand to include waiting tables, answering phone calls, and restocking items as needed, while simultaneously delivering meals and assisting customers. Roles and responsibilities may adjust or expand as needed. Listed below are some of the responsibilities you may or will be expected to handle.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring timely service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Languages**: Fluency in both English and Mandarin are required for this position.
- **Valid SIN**: A valid SIN number is required to file taxes.
- **Commute**: Must be able to reliably commute to the work location at 472 Yonge Street.

The tentative operation hours are from 11:00am-11:30pm, with one shift change in the middle between afternoon (start at 11am) and night shift (to closing at 11:30pm ). Please indicate whether you're able to work afternoon shift, night shift, or both.

In addition please also specify whether you're looking to work part-time or full-time.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
