**What do you need to bring to this position?**
As the Accounting Manager, you will lead a professional accounting team that supports the leaders and managers of EPL in managing accounting activities. Using industry best practices and working with a variety of stakeholders, you are responsible for planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting for the entire organization. Using your excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, you will analyze costs and revenues, and oversee the development of financial business processes and internal controls. You will also develop financial information used by management in negotiating EPL's Collective Agreement with Civic Service Union 52. You will assign and review the work of staff members, manage staff performance, and foster a positive team environment.

**Pay Band**:
$96,584 - $120,729 per annum
Please note that the salary range is currently under review.
