**JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Supervisor, the E-com Team Lead, day shift, is responsible for, among other duties, coordinating a team of 15 to 20 employees executing one of the following tasks: E-com Pick and Pack, Exception Resolution.

In addition, the Team Lead must be knowledgeable in all other areas of the Distribution Centre (Retail Store, Shipping, Cycle Counting, etc..) so that they can perform these activities when business demands dictate.

Employees in the job may be called upon to perform other jobs in the Distribution Centre and must be available to work a 40-hour work week from Monday through Friday. 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. One must be available to work overtime as required for business needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:
High School Diploma

**Experience**:

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a distribution center or other industrial environment
- Experience with RF scans system, computer literate and abilities to work with various processing systems (WMS system an asset).

**Technical Skills**:

- Must possess basic speaking and reading skills in French and English
- Ability to do physical type of work - constantly standing up, walk and occasionally handles weights up to 20 kg
- Must be available to work

**Competencies**:

- Must be able to manage and coordinate an E-com Pick and Pack team
- Must be able to measure performance through various KPIs
- Must be able to provide feedback and coaching to continuously improve
- Must possess very good computer skills
- Must have high tolerance to stress
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have good organization skills
