**How does the role impact the organization?**

**What will your role be responsible for?**

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

- Manage and enhance our prospect database using Maximizer CRM;
- Contribute to the development and execution of our LinkedIn marketing strategy;
- Assist in organizing marketing events like prospect dinners, lunch and learns;
- Monitor and report monthly sales metrics including call and meeting numbers;
- Cultivate a pipeline of potential leads; and
- Provide occasional support to the Senior Wealth Advisor.

- A bachelor's degree or higher education;
- Completion of or progress towards obtaining the Canadian Securities Course (CSC);

- Confidence in making outbound calls to both cold and warm prospects;
