As a Part-Time Accounting Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the company's ledgers.
- Review, verify, and process incoming invoices for payment, ensuring proper approval and documentation.
- Process payments to vendors, contractors, and other external parties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track outstanding invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Assist with supplier and vendor payments through EFT, wire transfers, etc.
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities.
- Review inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies or disputes by liaising with both customers and sales.
- Perform general office duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Degree or Diploma in accounting or a related field

**Experience**:

- 2 years of accounting clerk experience

**Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Superior problem-solving skills
