**Job Summary**

Family owned business since 1945, Cowan Graphics Inc. has grown to become one of the largest digital and screen-printing companies in Canada. We have multiple locations in Western Canada. Saskatoon location provides vehicle wraps/ graphics; murals/ wall graphics, building signage, indoor/outdoor banners, retail/event signage, decals, computer cut graphics, and specialty items.

We are looking for a motivated, well spoken, dynamic individual to join our Saskatoon team

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Assisting our Sales Team
- Obtain detailed job specifications from the Customer and/or Sales, understanding the customers’ expectations.
- Manage customer walk-ins and support customer call-ins.
- Assist the customer to meet artwork approval deadlines.
- Write up job dockets for production.
- Ensure accounting has provided terms prior to production.
- Provide estimates and solutions to clientele.
- Receive customer art files; review to ensure it matches the estimate and manufacturing capabilities.
- Responsible for multi-ship distribution, spreadsheets, labels and courier input if applicable.
- Manage deadline within all aspects of projects from start to finish.
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and job prioritizing.
- Work very closely with Production and understand materials and manufacturing capabilities.
- Communicate with alternate plant if unable to facilitate in local facility.
- Assist with reception tasks when needed.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to grasp technology and processes quickly.
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in the printing industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
