We are currently looking to fill the role of **Service Advisor**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Provide exceptional customer service with above-par communication
- Complete and review service orders with the customer and shop
- Accurately estimate the cost and time frame for completion of the service order
- Successfully educating customers on products and services that best suit their needs
- Schedule service appointment
- Book out parts on repair orders and stocking parts
- Produce flawless paperwork

**_ Requirements:_**
- Automotive service industry knowledge and experience
- An understanding and knowledge of the mechanical components of automobiles
- Maintain professional and technical expertise through on-the-job training
- Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to work team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing demands
- Capable of working under pressure with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and resolution
- Strong computer skills
- Empathy and patience
- Knowledge of PBS is an asset

Compensation Range:

- Total estimated annual earnings are $64,000 to $95,000
- Salary $40,000 - $45,000 annually **Plus**a Performance Based **Monthly Bonu**s Plan (estimated annual earnings $24,000 - $50,000)
- Salary will be based upon experience and Bonus estimated earnings are dependent on the employee personal sales accomplishments
