**As an Inventory Controller for our Prince Albert Victoria Hospital project, you will contribute to our team by**:

- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records,
- Overseeing shipping and receiving processes, and
- Ensuring proper documentation of equipment and formwork on site.

**Your key responsibilities would include**:

- Shipping and Receiving:

- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Tool Inventory:

- Maintain and track tool inventory, ensuring all tools are accounted for and in good condition.
- Equipment Readings:

- Record and monitor equipment readings to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Bills of Lading:

- Collect, organize, and maintain all bills of lading for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Photo Documentation:

- Take and manage photo documentation of all equipment and formwork arriving at and leaving the site.
- Formwork Counting:

- Count and verify all formwork upon arrival and departure from the site to ensure accuracy.
