**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely account reconciliation.
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in payroll processing using software such as Clarity.
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize accounting software like PBS, Sage, & Simply Accounting for daily financial operations.
- Prepare reports on financial performance and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Answer phones and assist with customer queries
- Payable invoice posting and printing cheques
- General Ledger postings
- Account balancing and reconciliations
- Inventory management
- Car rental bookings
- Responsible for all accounting and financials for the car rental agency

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Sage, & Simply Accounting) is essential.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
