The Citrix Administrator will be responsible to provide Level 2 (administrative) and Level 3 (technical, troubleshooting and change management) support.

**Skills Requirement / Certification**
- College Diploma in Information Technology
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) certification in one or more of the following areas: XenDesktop 5, XenApp 6, and XenServer 4 or 5
- MCSE/MCSA 2008 or 2012 certification
- Experience with Citrix (XenApp 5.0 or greater, XenServer 4.0 or greater, XenDesktop 5.0 or greater), VMWare and vSphere Advanced Features
- Experience in Terminal Services, Citrix, Visual Basic scripting, PowerShell scripting

Competency in all versions of Windows Desktop OSes
- MS Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 (AD, DNS, DHCP, Permissions, CA, GPOs)

Understanding of IP4 subnets, routing, subnet masks and VLANs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $58.00 per hour
