NetScaler Administrator (Hybrid) Primary Location: Etobicoke, Ontario V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a NetScaler Administrator for our premier client in Etobicoke, Ontario. What You’ll Need Technical Requirements and Certifications Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Citrix CCA-N, etc.). Education And Experience Experience working within a corporate IT infrastructure or NOC environment. Foundational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.). Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler or similar load balancing platforms. Familiarity with network monitoring tools. Basic understanding of how applications are delivered across network layers. Exposure to SSL/TLS, reverse proxies, and content switching. Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation or reporting. Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail. Ability to follow procedures and elevate appropriately when needed. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities Support and maintain Citrix NetScaler load balancer infrastructure within the enterprise network. Assist with configuring and updating load balancing policies, virtual servers, and service groups. Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to support service availability and traffic management. Participate in change management processes, including scheduled maintenance and documentation updates. Documentation, monitoring improvements, and process automation. Contribute to infrastructure. Help manage SSL certificates and basic security settings on NetScaler devices. Perform initial troubleshooting of load balancing and network connectivity issues. Interested?
