- Training in paralegal, law or administration (BAC an asset);
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm (in the field of construction considered an asset);
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail;Good command of computer tools, MS Office Suite, legal software;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you will do to complete this mission successfully:

- Assist the legal team in the management of contracts, tenders and legal documents;
- Write, revise and format legal and administrative documents;
- Follow up on the deadlines of ongoing files;
- Coordinate communication between different departments and external parties;
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, prepare relevant documents and take minutes;
- Ensure the management and organization of the files and archives of the legal department;
- Contribute to Borea's initiatives, particularly in document management, personal information, corporate governance.
