**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Serve as a key liaison between patients, clinical staff, and the front office.
- Present and review comprehensive treatment plans with patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner. Answer questions regarding procedures, timing, and financial obligations.
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments and follow-ups, verify insurance benefits and pre-authorizations; explain coverage and out-of-pocket estimates.
- Admin responsibilities
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental administrative role.
- Experience with Paradigm software (required or highly preferred)
- Ability to think independently
- Positive attitude
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance billing.
- Ability to confidently discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A friendly, patient-first attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a team that values collaboration and care
