Evolution Wheel is an innovative company that manufactures tires for the heavy construction industry. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional who wants to be part of a fast growing young company and take pleasure in seeing how their contributions directly benefit growth. The successful individual will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing strategies and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with ownership to develop digital marketing strategies building on our current content and success.
- Manage a sizeable advertising budget focusing on Google Ads with additional campaigns running on Facebook and LinkedIn where applicable.
- Building and maintaining sales and marketing metric tracking systems within Hubspot and excel where results are reported to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Optimizing digital campaigns for lead generation based on marketing metric data, campaign performance and ad spend budgets.
- Oversea the design and creation of landing pages with content tailored for both digital ads customer experience and SEO keyword objectives
- Plan SEO keyword marketing campaigns, review, analyze and update as needed
- Review competitors online digital presence and identify opportunities to increase Evolution Wheel's competitiveness on an ongoing basis
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and content development for existing and new product lines across the companies product suite.
- Plan and schedule photo and video events for product marketing content
- Design and create graphic content in Photoshop to be used for social media campaigns and landing pages

**Requirements**:

- A certificate or degree in marketing or a related field
- Well versed with Hubspot and Google Ad Words
- High level thinker in terms of developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans
- Highly motivated individual who is goal oriented and able to work towards targets
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Wages: Compensation will vary depending on Experience and Education.

Job Location: Winnipeg, MB

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
