Our in-store experts are available to provide you with in-depth product information and ‘round the clock service to ensure that your project runs smoothly.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Assist Sales**:Identifying and approaching customers, offering personalized recommendations, and effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing
- **Customer Service**:Strive to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. Handling inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency, in person and over the phone
- **Customer Engagement**: Engaging with customers to understand their unique needs and providing advice on building materials, products, and services
- **Product Knowledge**:Utilizing your extensive knowledge of building materials to guide customers in selecting the right products for their projects. Developing and expanding one’s personal product knowledge as the market changes
- **Quotations and Orders**:Preparing accurate and detailed quotations, processing customer orders efficiently, and coordinating with the Shipping Team to ensure timely delivery. Processing payment arrangements to complete the sales transaction

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrated ability to manage and multi-task several projects and tasks at once
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Experience in supporting a sales team in a retail building or construction environment will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in taking and reading measurements and understanding blueprints will be considered an asset
- You will primarily work as sales support; however, you may be asked to do other duties outside of your job description to support the Team
