On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Business Job Duties:
1. Be responsible for maintaining and building New Matrixusʼ brand strength in clients' minds through advertising, media, and other marketing vehicles.

2. Assess New Matrixusʼ mainly practiced services, identify the business growth objectives in the short and long term and present a comprehensive marketing strategy to reach the goals.

3. Follow the marketing strategy to create, review, and revise original marketing content to advocate our specialized consulting services and business solutions and promote these services to clients, channel partners and the market in general. 4.Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify clients and partners, and various industry insights to secure business opportunities and execute marketing tactics that will grow our brandʼs profitability.

5. Develop and implement best marketing practices for client interaction, sales, and services, plan and supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns, establish deadlines and budgets accordingly.

6. Organize and direct offline marketing activities such as business seminars, free consultation trials, and publish advertisements on billboards, bus stops, and newspapers, as well as online channels including the companyʼs website and social media.

7. Lead market research by collecting information on client preference and market trends, analyzing of assessing feasibility and profitability of new and existing campaigns.

8. Oversee and track the engagement activities, marking the milestones as they progress through the pipeline.

9. Collect clientsʼ feedback and study competitorsʼ marketing plans to ensure that our marketing content is engaging, relevant, and effective to impress the existing clients and the targeted prospects.

10. Create persuasive sales presentations and deliver informative demonstrations on our services to the clients and internal & external stakeholders by

incorporating the market trend findings and high-quality case studies. 11.Responsible for proofreading, processing, and tracking the development of prepared communications used to attract and engage targets within accounts. 12.Hire and train marketing staff, monitor their work and responsible for arranging the employee development program.

Qualifications:
1.A bachelor’s degree is required.

2. 5 years of marketing management, brand advertising or business development experience is required.

3. Ability to influence and engage effectively with clients, business partners, and internal and external stakeholders.

4. Prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines, with flexibility and deep business understanding.

5. Operate with a sense of urgency and demonstrate agility in an ever-changing environment.

6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
