Marketing Manager

**Job Description**:
This is an exciting time for Kinark Child and Family Services Our Autism services are expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing team member to be part of this ground-breaking growth in our business.

Kinark has been a leader in the delivery of services to children and youth with autism and their families for over 20 years. In 2019, the provincial government began to redesign their service structure, resulting in changes to the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, the Manager, Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketing plans for Kinark’s Autism program including evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns. The incumbent will manage marketing metrics and analyse the performance of campaigns and ensure that all marketing collateral is in line with Kinark’s brand.

This role (Marketing Manager) is assessed as a Roamer position requiring mínimal days in the office (2 days per week) unless business demands require.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, the Marketing Manager will build marketing programs across different channels and segments in support of the organization’s overall growth specific to the Autism Program.

**Areas of Direct Responsibility**:
Lead Strategic Marketing initiatives for the Autism Program
- Work closely with the VP, Business Development, Director, Growth, Senior Director, Autism Services and other key stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate the Autism Program’s marketing plans to meet targets
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the Autism Program
- Maintain, update and execute both short-term and long-term marketing strategies
- Ensure Kinark is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective parents, health care and educational professionals, community partners and other referral sources and retain existing ones
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including the clinical autism team, strategy, research and evaluation and people and culture
- Update Kinark’s Leadership Team on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
- Leverage CRM and other tools to enhance and drive marketing campaigns
- Update respective job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Conduct market research, analyze customer behaviour, identify trend and customer preference
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate all marketing campaigns
- Create and procure advertising, marketing, and sales collateral to support company brand & marketing directives
- Develop relationships with trade associations, media, regulators, and industry organizations to foster support for events
- Co-ordinate and manage contracts and work requirements with third-party Service Providers

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- 5 years’ experience with proven marketing experience and the ability to achieve organization sales targets
- Previous experience leading marketing function required
- Proven success growing revenues and operations within in a fee-based services environment, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
- Proven success implementing B2B and B2C marketing plans ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
- Experience in marketing to clinicians, leading changes, driving innovation, continuous improvement, or in a start-up environment
