**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general house cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas to hotel-quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and wash linens as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Assist with organizing and decluttering spaces to enhance overall appearance and functionality.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet client expectations consistently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Communicate effectively with managers to address client needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate orally and in writing regarding any damages, stock shortages, or conflicts with guests, ensuring transparency and resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have your own vehicle for transportation to various cleaning locations.
- Previous experience in hotel-quality Airbnb cleaning and residential cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Good communication and written skills in English.
- Punctual and dependable.
