**Your Impact**
As a Supply Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies that balance customer demand, production capabilities, and supply chain efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Plan with purpose: Build inventory plans using demand forecasts, actual orders, and network insights. Collaborate with manufacturing, demand planning, and commercial teams to align supply with business strategy.
- Drive efficiency: Maintain capacity and production schedules to meet service and cost goals.
- Monitor and improve: Track KPIs like inventory levels, service rates, and vendor performance. Analyze root causes and lead initiatives to improve results.
- Adapt and evolve: Adjust supply chain parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times) to reflect changing realities.
- Lead with agility: Participate in weekly supply reviews, escalate risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate deeply: Work with deployment, transportation, warehousing, and customer service to solve supply challenges.
- Plan for resilience: Conduct scenario planning and develop contingency strategies to ensure continuity.
- Support transformation: Contribute to our evolution from S&OP to Integrated Business Planning (IBP), enabling end-to-end visibility and strategic decision-making.
- Champion innovation: Lead process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and performance.
- Launch with confidence: Execute new product introductions and discontinuations with precision and care.
**Who are you**:
- You bring a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Solid background in supply planning, including the ability to anticipate needs, manage risks, and deliver on key performance indicators.
- Concrete achievements in optimizing supply chain process and the agility to adapt through changes.
- You’re bilingual (English/French) or open to growing in a bilingual environment is an asset in our diverse workplace.

En tant que planificateur(trice) de l’approvisionnement, vous serez au cœur de nos opérations, responsable de l’élaboration et de l’exécution de stratégies d’inventaire équilibrant la demande client, les capacités de production et l’efficacité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Vous collaborerez avec plusieurs équipes pour assurer la disponibilité des produits tout en minimisant les pertes et en optimisant les coûts.
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Planifier avec intention : Élaborer des plans d’inventaire à partir des prévisions de la demande, des commandes réelles et des données du réseau. Collaborer avec les équipes de production, de planification de la demande et commerciales pour aligner l’approvisionnement sur la stratégie d’entreprise.
- Favoriser l’efficacité : Maintenir les calendriers de capacité et de production pour atteindre les objectifs de service et de coûts.
- Surveiller et améliorer : Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tels que les niveaux d’inventaire, les taux de service et la performance des fournisseurs. Analyser les causes profondes et diriger des initiatives d’amélioration.
- S’adapter et évoluer : Ajuster les paramètres de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (ex. : stock de sécurité, délais) en fonction des réalités changeantes.
- Diriger avec agilité : Participer aux revues hebdomadaires de l’approvisionnement, signaler les risques et recommander des stratégies d’atténuation.
- Collaborer en profondeur : Travailler avec les équipes de déploiement, de transport, d’entreposage et de service à la clientèle pour résoudre les défis d’approvisionnement.
- Planifier pour la résilience : Réaliser des scénarios de planification et développer des stratégies de contingence pour assurer la continuité.
- Soutenir la transformation : Contribuer à notre évolution du S&OP vers la planification intégrée des activités (IBP), permettant une visibilité de bout en bout et une prise de décision stratégique.
- Promouvoir l’innovation : Diriger des projets d’amélioration des processus visant à accroître l’efficacité et la performance.
