**About this opportunity**

Are you a friendly, inspiring administrative professional looking to play a vital front-line leadership role in a holistic health & wellness clinic?

In addition to the tasks noted above, some specific daily activities you can expect to perform include:

- Booking and coordinating appointments to ensure schedule optimization of our team
- Billing insurance companies on behalf of our clients
- General opening/closing duties and clinic environment upkeep
- Managing and keeping payments reconciled, organized and up to date
- Coordinating events and workshops in the studio and outside in the community
- Ensure all administrative team members clearly understand their roles and receive the technical skills training required to meet or exceed expectations
- Provide regular feedback to administrative staff, allowing them to learn and grow
- Manage information and reporting to facilitate sound decision-making regarding revenue, throughput, schedule optimization and marketplace awareness (referral trends, client engagement)
- Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly trend data with ownership to leverage strengths, identify areas for improvement and develop and execute targeted growth plans
- Support ownership in marketing and engagement activities, including social media content, website content, referral funnels, etc.
- Recruit and retain other clinic administrative team members as necessary, maintaining the culture our team and clients have grown to appreciate.
