- A Day in the Life
- Assist Project Managers & Superintendents to ensure that delivery of critical elements are expedited and coordinated
- Contribute to all aspects of the project including profitability, schedule adherence, and customer expectations
- Perform routine site visits and attend site meetings as required
- Assist in managing project budgets
- Review project information and complete submittals in a timely manner
- Complete daily production and progress reports and maintain project records
- Report all issues to the Project Manager and submit any require information to the client as directed
- Confer with project team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any construction problems
- What we are seeking:

- Architectural Technology Diploma, Construction Management Diploma, Estimating Certificate, related academic courses or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Glazing, Metal Panels, or the entire Building Envelope is an asset
- Ability to interpret and read blueprints and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Highly motivated with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
