About YOU

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us in the role of Senior Architectural Technologist. The successful candidate will work in an open and collaborative environment on a on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the project team, this individual will:

- Prepare and produce well coordinated architectural drawing packages in Revit.
- Lead consultant meetings and coordination.
- Provide technical assistance in conducting research, preparing drawings, and specifications.
- Implement the project as directed by, or in consultation with, the project team.
- Supervise the deliverables associated with the projects.
- Collaborate with and may mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

- Minimum seven (7) years experience.
- Experience in multi-unit residential projects would be considered an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to the construction industry.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of architectural building systems
- Proactive problem solver, task oriented with good time management skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.
- Excellent knowledge of sustainability practices would be considered an asset, or willingness to learn
