The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company is a craft brewery and brewpub located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Situated in the town of Canmore, the Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company has been in operation since 1996.

We are looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable colleague who is willing to learn and ready to provide our customers with memorable experiences

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reports to the Executive, and the Sous Chefs
- Fun, fast pace environment in the Rockies. It’s a Brewpub
- Opening the kitchen, prep for the start of the day
- Prepares meals according to specifications
- Stocks stations according to FIFO
- Regularly cleans and sanitizes stations
- Maintains cleanliness in all storage spaces
- Follow all required Health, Safety, Prevention & Sanitation procedures at all times
- Maintain close and effective working relationship with all supporting departments
- Provide support and training to colleagues as required
- Consider the environmental impact in all decisions
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
- Conversational English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Food safe certification is an asset
- Must be self driven and have great communication skills
