**Union Lighting & Décor—Sales and Design Consultant (Bilingual)**

**The Role**:
**Please Note this is a Full Time in Person position. You will work one weekend day each week plus 4 weekdays.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Client Consulting**:

- Assist customers in selecting hardware ,lighting and decor products that meet their functional and aesthetic needs.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.

**2. Product & Market Expertise**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to the product team regarding popular designs and customer preferences to inform inventory decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, business development, or design consulting.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A creative mindset and customer-centric approach to sales.

**Responsabilités principales**:
**1. Ventes et consultation client**:

- Aider les clients à choisir des produits d'éclairage et de décoration répondant à leurs besoins fonctionnels et esthétiques.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes individuels grâce à un service client exceptionnel.

**2. Expertise produit et marché**:

- Se tenir informé(e) des tendances de l'industrie, des lancements de nouveaux produits et des offres concurrentielles.
- Fournir des observations à l'équipe produit concernant les designs populaires et les préférences des clients pour orienter les décisions d'inventaire.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, marketing, design d'intérieur ou un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en ventes, développement des affaires ou consultation en design
- Compréhension approfondie des principes de design d'intérieur et des tendances.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM, de la suite Microsoft Office et des plateformes de commerce électronique.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à s'épanouir dans un environnement à rythme rapide et orienté vers le travail d'équipe.
- **Une approche créative et axée sur les besoins des clients pour les ventes.**
