- Assisting customers in booking flights by providing accurate and up-to-date information on available flight options, prices, and itineraries;
- Understand customer preferences and travel requirements to recommend suitable flight options and ancillary services such as seat upgrades, travel insurance, and additional baggage;
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized service, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sales support;
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and promotions to effectively communicate relevant information to customers and maximize sales opportunities;
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment, sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance overall team performance;
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, meeting or exceeding set KPIs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity;
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, bookings, and related data in the CRM system;
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-learning to enhance performance and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus;
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry is desirable, but not mandatory;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and provide personalized service;
- Detail-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously;
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems, online booking platforms, and other relevant software;
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet and exceed customer expectations;
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

- Comprendre les préférences des clients et leurs besoins en matière de voyage afin de leur recommander des options de vol adaptées et des services auxiliaires tels que le surclassement de siège, l'assurance voyage et les bagages supplémentaires ;
- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, par courriel ou par clavardage, répondre à leurs préoccupations, résoudre les problèmes et fournir une assistance opportune tout au long
