Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus;
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry is desirable, but not mandatory;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and provide personalized service;
- Detail-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously;
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems, online booking platforms, and other relevant software;
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet and exceed customer expectations;
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
