Colter Developments is a construction company who’s focus is rebuilds of multi residential buildings. Projects vary in size and complexity throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are seeking a experienced Assistant Site Super to join our team for upcoming projects.

As an Assistant Site Super your key responsibilities would be:
Working under the General Superintendent to support trade and labour scheduling

Ordering of site materials

Review work on site to verify the progress is as per drawings and scope

Maintain the project schedule

Oversee safety protocols and quality management

Communicate with unit owners for tenant improvements

On site carpentry/labour as required

Communicate progress and potential problems with senior management

Experienced required for this position is as follows:
5 years of work experience as Foremen or Super

3 years of site work as a carpenter or skilled trade

Able to interpret drawings

Strong leadership skills

Understanding of schedules

Knowledge of health and safety regulations
