**Full Job Description**

The new Fuzion Fitness Thornhill is now hiring for the Fitness Sales Consultant Position.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals that have a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Explore memberships and personal training options with potential members
- Meet monthly sales targets for various membership plans and other Fuzion Fitness service offerings
- Handle all aspects of the membership division (Initial inquiry, scheduling of appointments, touring, sign up’s, data entry, follow-ups)
- Develops new sales programs and strategies monthly to be presented to the General Manager
- Generate new ideas for in-club promotions and campaigns
- Meet with Sales Manager weekly to provide update on sales, promotions and any other reporting
- Solicits member feedback and offers new ideas for retention, improved customer service and new sales
- Perform a customer service role by answering member/guest questions as they arise
- Makes club “rounds” by circulating throughout the entire facility locating any problems/issues that exist and takes actions to resolve these

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
