**Position Overview**:
As a **Fitness Sales Consultant**, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the Fuzion Fitness brand, helping potential members find the right fitness solutions, and contributing to the growth of the club. This position offers access to all club amenities, a competitive base salary, and a commission-based pay structure with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective members to explore membership and personal training options
- Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships and other Fuzion Fitness services
- Manage all aspects of the membership process, including:

- Initial inquiries
- Appointment scheduling
- Facility tours
- Membership sign-ups
- Data entry and follow-ups
- Develop and present new sales strategies and programs to the General Manager monthly
- Create and implement in-club promotions and marketing campaigns
- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the General Manager to review performance and report updates
- Gather member feedback and suggest ideas for retention, improved customer experience, and sales growth
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing member and guest inquiries promptly
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility to identify and resolve any issues
- Perform various administrative duties, including:

- Writing documents
- Contract entry
- General data entry

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a team environment
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: $30,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
