**JOB SUMMARY**:
Based in Vancouver, the Property Manager, Commercial provides professional day to day management and leasing for a small portfolio of our commercial properties in the Lower Mainland. This role will assist in the management of staff and contractors in providing first-in-class operational performance.

The Property Manager will also be a main point of contact between tenants and management staff to provide smooth, friendly, and efficient communications. The incumbent will be exposed to a wide variety of functions within a thriving and fast paced real estate environment.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide a high level of tenant service and develop meaningful relationships with all tenants.
- Resolve day to day tenancy issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the new tenant process including tenancy orientation and move in/out and inspections.
- Monitor and enforce property and building standards to ensure Tenant compliance throughout the assigned portfolio.
- Respond to leasing inquiries, renewals, and terminations.
- Research lease rates and conduct necessary due diligence.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing material for vacant spaces.
- Work directly with tenants and the brokerage community to negotiate lease and renewal terms.
- Plan and execute an annual tenant engagement survey to gain insights into our tenants and annual planning.
- Develop property budgets and monitor financial performance of assigned assets.
- Supervise and direct the Property Administrator and Junior Property Administrator.
- Ensure timely completion of all property related information requests.
- Build and maintain a positive presence in the property management community, through industry associations.
- Complete other administrative and office duties as required.

**REQUIRED EXPERICENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- 2-3 years experience in Property Management.
- Post Secondary education focusing on Real Estate.
- Experience with leasing and lease renewals.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS office.
- Experience with Yardi is an asset.
- Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
- Demonstrates an attention to detail.
- A hands-on problem solver.
- Strong leader and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
