In addition to its ongoing pursuits in real estate development and construction, AG has expanded its holdings to include assets in the sports and entertainment, renewable energy, aquaculture, tourist attractions, restaurants and food and beverage industries.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Based in Vancouver, the Property Manager, Commercial provides professional day to day management for a portfolio of our commercial properties in the Lower Mainland. This role will assist in the management of staff and contractors in providing first-in-class operational performance.
The Property Manager will also be a main point of contact between tenants and management staff to provide smooth, friendly, and efficient communications. The incumbent will be exposed to a wide variety of functions within a thriving and fast paced real estate environment.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee all day-to-day building and site operations.
- Develop strong relationships with tenants, contactors, and vendors.
- Manage and provide direction to site staff.
- Liaise with Operations Team to ensure Tenants concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Issue work orders to complete building or site maintenance and improvement work.
- Ensure monthly service contracts are being completed in a timely professional manner.
- Perform tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- When needed, assist and help manage tenant improvements.
- Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting.
- Help coordinate and manage all tenant appreciation events.
- Plan and execute an annual tenant engagement survey to gain insights into our tenants and annual planning.
- Ensure timely completion of all property related information requests.
- Respond to leasing inquiries, renewals, terminations.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing material for vacant spaces.
- Preparation of leases and other agreements as needed.
- On-call emergency response as needed
- Build and maintain a positive presence in the property management community, through industry associations.
- Complete other administrative and office duties as required.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience.
- Knowledge of operations and building systems.
- Team player with superior problem solving and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
