**What YOU Will Do**

As a Training & Leadership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of your internal clients and supporting development solutions to meet those needs.
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with managers to assist them with analyzing training needs, as well as designing and following up on individual development plans;
- Use a proactive approach in recruiting and developing our internal network of trainers and coaches;
- Support the coordination, facilitation and follow up of our Signature PX³ Programs;
- Collaborating with our training design team and technical experts to maximize transfer of knowledge;
- Be proactive in searching for and establishing partnerships with training suppliers;
- Use your expertise to support and coordinate corporate development programs;
- Show creativity in developing ways to ensure that skills training and development performance indicators are monitored;
- Utilize the Learning Management System efficiently to assign training, and monitor progress of employees.
- Work with management and the Talent Culture & Leadership Team (TCL) to assess employee performance and provide recommendations for development
- Educates leaders on individual development best practices and assist with the assessment of employee career mapping
- Research, plan, and create training programs/initiatives that engage learners
- Have fun, make memories and create an engaging learning experience for everyone

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in adult education and development (Andragogy);
- College degree in human resources, diploma of higher specialized studies in adult education and training or equivalent experience;
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; French proficiency (asset)
- Solid skills in project management, planning steps and keeping to schedules;
- Good skills in communicating with the various clients and contributors;
- Excellent practical knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) (asset);
- Availability to travel throughout the Toronto and Vancouver regions, and occasionally to other Canadian provinces and our Training Centers in Quebec City and Montreal.
