- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this position is integral to the Consumer Major Accounts Team. The Primary role of this position will be to develop and execute sales and marketing programs for Major Accounts, to enhance client relationships, and maintain customer loyalty._
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute on CMA Sponsorship and Events plan
- Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Brand and Legal
- Develop sales tools to support events/sponsorship requirements
- Maintain day to day operations
- Develop cross functional relationships with internal and external clients
- Execute targeted association programs
- Be an ambassador of the channel and represent the brand
- Leverage all advertising and editorial opportunities within CMA partnerships and association publications
- Execute all CMA roadshows and offsite events
- Develop and execute on AE client events and experiences
- Manage and execute on MLSE/Jays tickets and allocation
- Manage CMA incentive programs

- 5 years of experience in Sponsorship and Events Planning
- Understanding of Event Planning, Sales Planning, Segmentation, Project Management and Post Implementation
- University or College degree, preferably in Sponsorship & Events, Sales, Marketing, or Business
- Team player, strong communicator and ability to collaborate
- Proven experience in successfully managing relationships
- Analytical thinker
- Proactive & self-starter
- Solution and results oriented
- Organized, and ability to meet timelines
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products
- Travel to regional offices will be required
