**Campfire Achaeology and Heritage Ltd. - Executive Assistant**

Campfire Archaeology and Heritage Ltd. is a full-spectrum archaeological research and heritage management consulting firm. The Campfire Archaeology and Heritage Ltd.'s approach to archaeological and heritage work is to put the people whose heritage we are privileged to work with at the forefront of each of our programs.

We work with clients to find creative and collaborative solutions to address their project needs while respectfully centering Indigenous Communities and First Nations heritage considerations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as needed. Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Environmental Consulting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
