**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist Scott in preparing real estate documents for purchase and sale of homes.
- Preparation of wills and estate administration documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings for clients.
- Provide clerical support as needed, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Engage in project management activities to track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Draft correspondence and provide clients with a seamless experience

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Experience specific to real estate law and estates, or related is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures will be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
