Manulife Insurance Canada is embarking on a strategic mission to improve the access & service of our products across the Canadian market. Our bold ambition is to become the undisputed insurance leader and we need your talent to help make this a reality.

In this exciting role you’ll have an opportunity to support the delivery of significant strategy programs within the insurance business. You’ll frequently engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure program governance, documentation and execution plans are followed. **As a Program Analyst **, you’ll be exposed to several business aspects in a high-paced delivery environment.

**What you’ll do**

Support the Strategy Director through the initiation and delivery of large projects or programs - on time, on budget, with quality Support delivery of all the required documentation, following Manulife Canada Policies and Standards, maintaining meeting minutes, agendas, action items and reports Maintain and create visibility with a holistic view of program and project status and health Facilitate the identification and resolution of issues; ensure issues are raised to the steering committee and recommended solutions are provided for timely decision making Lead geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams May be assigned to small projects or components of the program to lead through delivery Build strong relationships across the Insurance business Work collaboratively with our vendor partners to ensure successful delivery Influence and contribute to successful change, including new ways of doing business

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
- 3 or more years’ experience as a project or program coordinator
- Working toward CAPM or PMP certification
- Demonstrated success in effective project delivery withing a large organization
- Ability to partner and collaborate for win-win solutions
- Must be experienced working in a Matrix based organization
- Energetic and believe every problem has a solution
- Worked in an agile project delivery environment

**Salary & Benefits**

The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of Waterloo, Ontario is expected to be between $68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD.
