**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Foster a team environment focused on a positive customer experience.
- Coach, motivate and develop employees to promote and sell FGI products.
- Work collaboratively with the outside sales team to provide service and delivery to FGI customers
- Hire, interview, evaluate and train counter sales employees
- Ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support and enforce safety, company policies and procedures.
- Accountability for performance metrics of the branch (financial results, employee engagement and turnover, health, and safety, training, and development)

**Physical Demands and Equipment**:

- Handling of stock items that may include lifting or carrying of items up to 60 lbs.
- CSA approved safety toed shoes required from the first day of this job. (Yearly safety shoe allowance)
- Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Related experience in high volume customer service preferably in retail, industrial, wholesale, automotive, heavy duty parts or counter sales
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team
- Completion of Parts Technician journeyman certificate an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in heavy duty parts, cataloguing and inventory an asset
- Functionally literate and capable of recognizing parts numbers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Google Chrome, and Outlook)
